Sharon Bussey is the Managing Director and Instructor at BTII Institute/BTII Global. Sharon is a Strategy, Process and IT professional with more than 20 years of leadership experience. Sharon holds an MBA in Marketing and Operations from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and an MS in Computer Science from Pace University. Sharon’s certifications include PMI-ACP, PMP, SPC. Prior to BTII, Sharon was the Director & Lead of Business Technology & Organizational Process Alignment for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals where she led teams of 100+ Senior Managers, Managers, and technology professionals to develop and deliver highly innovative and effective solutions during one of Pfizer’s greatest growth periods. The initiatives included the design and development of PMOs, Executive Dashboards, Knowledge Management/COE Applications, Workflow Applications, Performance Management Applications and Vendor Management Applications using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Prior to Pfizer, Sharon led large Healthcare and Government process reengineering and IT initiatives at Deloitte Consulting. Prior to Deloitte, Sharon was a Director in NYC Government leading process & IT projects.
